Spark Plug Replacement

Hi - this is my first post on this site. Can anyone tell me the US recommended mileage or lifecycle for changing the spark plugs on an RX300 or RX330?

You should be able to get an easy 125k miles...When done make sure to use NGK or Denso iridium plugs....after all they worked well the first 125k...

In the UK, Lexus recommend 60k miles in the service book. Does anyone know what is recommended by Lexus in the US service book??
