2010 Bluetooth 1000 Contact Limit

Has anyone figured out how to allow the Nav/Bluetooth system to allow more than 1000 contacts? My backberry synced up but could not download more than 1000 names. My RX350 has a 40 gig internal drive, you think it could be a user setting?
