Hi

We have a 2004 RX330, 117,000 miles. Recently, when you get in the car and the power tilt/telescoping steering wheel swings into position it has started groaning.

I had been told a while ago that this is a symptom of having to replace the power tilt/telescope steering column motor.

Does anyone know if there is a way to repair or lube? I would like to get a few 1000 more mile from this car before we start spending big $$ on repairs. Any tips on where to get a deal on the part or if you can buy rebuild or used?
