Speed Sensor Error Engin Check Light Is On

My Rx 300 skid on the ice once and Check Engin light came on.

I had a tech diagnose it with analyzer, readout stated "P500 Speed sensor" and some other readings.

He reset the ENgin check light. It was gone for 3 weeks.

I happen to drive over the ice again, with one whel spinning free. Engin check light is back on again.

What is going on. Is there a problem? If there problem with the speed sensor, where is the speed sensor and how to replace it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

there are speed sensors on each wheel. Maybe one is going bad....
