Dr.Gee Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 Are these included with the vehicle. If so,where can they be found?
xxstewart Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 I think they're on a spring-loaded retractable reel under the front bumper on the passenger side. NO WAIT!!! Just kidding -- I don't know of any production vehicle that comes with jumper cables as standard equipment (except for maybe a military issue Humvee). Jumper cables are included in many roadside emergency kits that some dealers offer as accessory items. You can get one from Toyota, but I'm not sure Lexus offers one (I think if you own a Lexus, you're supposed to call the dealer for assistance).
mann777 Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 Not many know about Jumper cables, I suppose you check this website and this will improve you knowledge on the jumper cables which are available ( i mean not the cheap chinese junks ones off walmart shelves or supermarket chains ) check the one on this website. Since yo own a expensive truck, might as well hv the best. This product recently i acquired it, worth every penny. Click here B)
xxstewart Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 Great recommendation on the Michelin jumper cables -- I hadn't seen these before. The non-polarized design is a good idea. Amazon has them for $35.
