Upgrade Factory Nav To Real-time Traffic?

The latest 2010 Lexus IS improves the Navigation to include XM traffic displayed on the Nav system (and used for route calculations). Is there any way to upgrade my 2008 IS to include the new functions?

You'd have to replace the navigation system, and the XM module at least...
