Mislaeding Advertising

After reading all the reviews, decided on a Sport Cross. When I checked the "for sale" ads. in my area, found that nearly all cars advertised as "Sport Cross" were in fact the IS 300 sedan. It seems that dealers are capitalising on the popularity and rarity of the Sport Cross by using misleading advertising. Have forumites found this to be the case in other regions ( I am in Pacific north west)

I have found the same thing in most regions. Have contacted some of the dealers who advertised sedans as Sport Cross and pointed this out. Most of them just shrugged it off but a couple apologised for "mistake". On checking their ads. later, they had both changed listings to "sedan". B)

The SportCross is actually very unpopular though...which is why it so quickly was discontinued...

Yes but its rare !!! so it can command more money now !!!
