Cup Holder

Hi Folks,

The front consol cup holder wont pop out on my newly acquired 1996 ls400,

any do it yourself tips?

also front seatbelts seem rather loose despite adjustments to tighten-can they be re tensioned?

The cupholder could just be stuck from spilled pop and such. You can remove it to clean it out:
