2007ls460
What is the best gas mileage you ever got in your ls460? Our 2007 LS460 did 31 miles/gallon when we drove from California to Kansas - measured at the gas pump after using about 7/8 of the tank. Our speed most of the time was about 75-80mph. Phil J.
we have a 2009 ls 460l. we drove 20,000 miles in a little more than 12 months. I have never reset the average MPG or average MPH recorder. In that time we have averaged 41 MPH and 21 MPG. If I drive 65 mph I get 25 mpg and if I drive 75 to 80 mph I get 21 to 22 mpgi

I have been driving from Palm Beach County Florida to Miami every day for the past 2 months. 10 miles to Turnpike (avg. 35 - 40 mph with stop lights) + 65 miles on Turnpike. Avg. MPG at 70 - 75 mph = 28.5. Avg. MPG at 80 mph = about 27.5.

At 75 MPH I get 31 MPG. At 70 MPH I get 31.4 MPG. This has been pretty consistent and I've been pleasantly surprised.

On highway trips I get 29 to 31 at average speeds of 80. Around town I get 19 to 21...consistantly. A/C on or off, doesn't seem to make any difference.
