1990LS400 Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 Side skirt? Do you mean the rocker panel moulding below the lower edge of the doors? It's held on with both screws and clips. Clips tend to deform/break --- they are pretty cheap so you might as well use new ones. If you are talking about the cladding above the rocker panels (i.e. on the front and rear doors), it's held on mainly by clips and adhesive. I reinstalled two pieces of side cladding on a 90 LS without using new clips and couldn't get it quite fully into place. I should have used new clips.
