New Nav Computer Possible For 05/rx330?

Hi. Is it possible to upgrade the 05/RX330 navigation/screen display? I don't like the display in the navigation computer screen since it looks very dated and old. (The look and feel of the screens.) I like the navigation, climate, info screens in the newer RX 350. Is it possible to remove the old navigation computer chip (or computer) and install a newer one without buying a newer RX or am I just stuck? Is it very costly to date the screen? Thank you!
