94-es300 Heat And Radio Problem

Hi,

I have this strange problem where my heat and radio unit turns off randomly. This had happened a year ago, I took the car to Lexus dealer they fixed it. They mentioned it was just a loose connection. Car ran okay for a year. The problem has returned again.

I hear a clicking noise, sounds like a relay contact, and the ECU and radio turns completely OFF. Then it turn ON when it wants to. This cycle keeps repeating at random intervals. I pulled the ECU and radio unit out and tried pushing the connectors in but it does not do anything? It seems like something is making the relay cut off the power to the whole unit.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this and how can I get heat back. Winter is here and my car does not have heat.
