Disaster! Car Dies On Idle After Engine Detail.

Okay here's the problem. I got my sc300 engine detailed yesterday and all of a sudden the car wont fire up when i start the engine. It gives that chocking response and dies. Could it be water somewhere? what am i dealing with? I hope it wont cost me a fortune. as im thinking if i should get the car towed to a shop or should i just have em take it back to my place and ill just work on it myself.. Any opinions is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Water in the plug wells...............
