Obd1 Codes What Do I Do Now

[LS 4000]

I've posted about my intermittent starting issue. Now i have gotten the CEL codes for my car. Im getting codes 21 and 31. These are air flow meter signal and main oxygen sensor signal would either of these make the car not start at times? and other than than the o2 sensor what should I replace for the air flow sensor code.

start with the 02 sensors then reset the computer

im also getting 24 31 and 71.
