u have the famous trunk wiring harness issue. on the drivers side hinge on the trunk lid is a harness that u need to look at, u have a wire in there that needs to be fixed.
i heard hids arent that effective when u have reflective type assemblies such as the eagle eyes which is why i havent put hids in my car. but...when i factor in the fogs when driving it makes for a very nice lighting system that lights up the sides of the roadways and doesnt blind anyone in front of you. hids are not needed when using the eagle eyes and they look great as well

the higher the number the less light out put, a 5000k puts out more light than a 10,000k. i still have my 5000k for sale, i will give it to u for 75$ plus shipping, it has the high beam option and i paid 250.00 for it
things to keep an eye on: transmission fluid 25-40,000 brake fluid every 2 years, coolant 50,000 miles or 5 years,brake check every 10,000 miles or so,filters replaced as needed
give exact codes,dont just say the iac code or tps code, reset ur ecu by taking out the efi fuse under the hood then drive it till the light comes on then retrieve the code(s)
they should have used what is known as a torque stick, different sticks for diferent torques...first use the stick then torque with the wrench. a wheel off in a shop costs the company thousands
