Lugnut Key Pouch

I recently moved from Texas to Virginia and had some work done on my GX470 before I left. When I arrived in Virginia I was looking for my lugnut key and found it was missing. I purchased another key in Virginia but the dealer doesn't sell the "nice" little pouch for the key. Does anyone know where I can purchase a pouch?

I neatly cut out an extra space where the tire wrench sits in the tool kit on the back door and the lug-nut key sits in the end of the wrench and its there if I ever need it.
