Wow, that was a 4000 (thousand) page repair guide. That's amazing... I'd still like the owner's manual, though. I do appreciate the repair guide.

PDF's for owner's manuals can be viewed and downloaded after registering in the Owners section of http://www.lexus.com/

The owner's manual for my 00 LS is about 25 separate PDF's.

The Owners section also allows you to order a hard copy of the owners manual. I assume the replacement owners manuals are free since there is no mention of a cost.
