Boy...This was a job. The nickname given to this truck by its owner, its Big Red. you will see why in a minute. The owner requested some special work be done on this detail, including a full undercarriage repaint with a corrosion inhibitor and a rust-resistant paint.

^CC failure on the hood. I wetsanded the hood later in the process.

^part of the prepwork, preparing to grind the hinges to bare metal with a wire brush grinder wheel, and repaint them with corrosion resistant black spray paint.

^put the polish on, and it started to sprinkle outside, so I pulled it in the garage...

^It BARELY fits. There was 1/4 inch clearance between the roof rack on the truck and the upper frame of the garage door.

-OxyClean Laundry Stain remover (carpet)

-Megs Dash/Trim Foam Conditioner

-Wet/dry vac.

-Megs Supreme Shine Vinyl/trim/dash dressing

-Aerospace 303 protectant.

Man I'm tired just lookin at all that work! My arms started screaming at me for the thoughts just contemplating that big truck! Dang!!!! LOL!! Great job though! The before and after is really eye opening!
