djspawn00
you can probably find the glass at a junkyard... a lot of places will put it on for you also.
murphrt
Thanks, but I have the window and would rather do it myself. Has any one replaced a passnger side.driver side window or know of a site that has instructions?
curiousB
You can go to the site below and pay $10 for one day admission and find the factory repair manual and print out all or portions of it you choose. Its the Lexus manual so more specific than a Chilton's. https://techinfo.toyota.com/techInfoPortal/...el=ti_home_page
RDM
The door windows aren't a lot of fun to replace, but if you're mechanically inclined you should be alright. The window slides in two tracks at either end, these must come out so that the glass can be fitted in the door, then they're reinstalled by lining up the bushings on the glass and sliding the tracks back in place. The biggest issue is the screws that secure the tracks are very soft, they strip easily. Take your time with it and you'll see how they're fitted after viewing the inner door structure.
