was.happy
I own a 2007 LS 460. Last summer the seat cooling system worked great, as did the seat heating during the winter. Now that summer has returned, the cooling is almost nonexistent. I can feel a slight amount of cooling, but not enough to do any good. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what was the diagnosis?
Phil J.
i own a 09 LS460 and I am having the same problem. I thought I was crazy but now that you are having the same problem I am not so sure. The next time I go in for service I will ask them to check. phil

tw0leftskis
One thing you might want to try... set the climate control to floor and upper vents or floor only. There are fans under the seat base. And it may draw the cooler air thru the perforated leather.

There is a solid state devise (Peltier) that cools when the DC is one polarity and heats when reversed, perhaps this isn't functioning properly any more, or the filters to the fans have become clogged.
