Backup Camera

What is the best backup camera and screen for the RX300? I don't want to replace any more bumpers. I would like a custom or built-in look from the driver's seat rather than a temporary connection using the lighter power outlet. This, combined with a GPS capability would be a plus. Thanks.

Is your RX a Nav one? If yes, you can install a complete video system including rear view camera. The first RX2001 with nav did not have rear view, but I installed in my car.

You can check it in youtube, searching dvb tv in my rx300

I bought the rear view camera on enbay.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortuantely, mine is a 2000 RX300 and evidently just before the NAV option. The display I have is purly digital, displaying radio, CD, mileage, fan speed, temperature, etc.

How did you do this? Did you need a signal converter? I've been looking at this camera: http://outlet.crutchfield.com/p_707VTL300/...h=backup+camera to use, I have a 01 with Navigation. I was hoping all it would be plug and play with the exception being to splice into the back up wire so it would flip on when placed into R.
