Parking17
Anyone ever try to install an oil temp gauge? I currently have the oil pressure gauge installed where the oil pressure sending unit was for the light in the dash. Any thoughts on installing the sending unit for the temp gauge, other than drilling a hole in the pan/ and or installing a T connection with the pressure switch? smooth1
Those are pretty much the only ways I know of. I always ran one on the return line from the turbo so I could monitor the turbo temp also. But with no turbo I would think it won't matter as much. You can always buy a new or used oil pan, drill that and use it so you can have the stock one to put back on if you decide to sell the car later. Parking17
Do you know of a bolt or plug in the engine block that leads to an oil galley?
Parking17
Actually think I found the answer. A filter sandwich plate with 1/8" ports for gauges.
