Take the old one to your local hardware store and have them replace it with a Stainless Steel screw with a washer and lock washer, Put a drop of oil on the new one so it is a bit easier to unscrew ;) Or send the old one to me and I will replace it for the cost of airfare, Meals, Room etc...
