Small Or Big Problem

Hi,

I miss the plastic bolt (not really a bolt but don't know the name for it) which goes through the glass into the rear guide. The window is out of balance when operating and get stuck in weird position. As it's the left side, it's very annoying. what worries me is that in my autorepair manual, one says to remove the glass guide with the window glass together, meaning those 2 bolts (upper one and bottom one) are not to be separated from window glass to glass guide.

I live in France but can have it shipped to an address in United States. Does anyone know where I can get a pair of these ?
