I Need Help Installing A Fuel Filter- I Cant Find It Lol

i put in a new feul pump, new battery and it still wnt start so im gunna try a new fuel filter, i cant find it , can some ne help me with where it is and how to put in, i have the big manual downloaded but i cant find instructions in it, it sounds like it wants to start and it will turn over for just a sec then back to cranking again,

any help would be appreciatted

What and why you think the fuel pump won't let your car start? there is also a fuse for fuel pump on the left side kick from driver side. You can alos check that fuse next to the battery. You need to check if the fuse blew out. Next, did you check your distributor or you can test each individual spark plug if it firing when you staring engine? If those 2 things ok, but still not start, check your spark plug cables if they are all in right postion. if everything ok, only thing left is your ECU.

to check if the fuel pump ECU is bad, open the code connector box on the engine, use a paperclip and connect FP and +B (these are on the left side of the box. This allows 12 volts to the fuel pump.

If the engine starts and runs OK the fuel pump ECU is bad.

If your engine dies in traffic this remedy should work so keep a paperclip in the console.

A toyota mechanic said that most fuel pumps quit between 130-150,000 miles.

I would replace the fuel pump and the fuel pump ECU at the same time. They are both wear items.

I have been chasing a similar problem. I have NO Codes in the system.

I cleaned and tested the IAC valve and the EGR valve. Now I'm testing the fuel pump ECU.

I have 153,000 on my SC4 and know I am a candiate for more new parts.

The SC400 qualifies as a "Cash for Clunker" program, but the vehicle as a whole is worth much more.

My TPS was replaced @100k by Lexus dealer when my TRAC light came on.

I replaced my ECU March 2015.  All is well.  I believe the faulty Capacitors used in our ECU's are the problem.  Many owners are repairing their Main ECU's capacitors.  Tannin can do this for you.  He has a EBay Store. 

Do NOT be tempted to buy a USED fuel pump ECU.

Here is the inside of the Fuel Pump ECU.  I suspect the Blue Capacitor is bad.
