What Does Chek Mean In The Service Menu?

One of the items in my service menu said CHEK (either NAV or audio) because I peeked before I brought it in from my dealer. But, I got it back from my dealer for an oil change. The paperwork says that there were no codes or issues found. I peek back in and everything says OK now.

So, what does the CHEK actually mean?

I guess they were "checking" to make sure it was working properly and that it is "ok" and has no issues.
