I ordered a key Feb 19th for my GS-300. $47 delivered. Finally got it March 6th. Didn't work. Called Tami Calhoun probably 5 times. Sent 7 emails. No response. No return calls, no return emails. I really got concerned when I called the number beside the charge on my VISA and I got some guy in Florida. He blew me off and said it happens all the time where people call him looking for keys and other issues but he had nothing to do with Tami's company. ??????? I called Visa and they informed me I had been charged $47 a second time which I did not authorize. I had to cancel my credit card for fear of more and more unauthorized charges.

Apparently, according to Visa, this is not a cut and dried case. I still have not received credit for anything and it has been a month in dispute. Since I charged it on a business card, they have to pay the merchant and we have to work out the refund afterwards. They don't treat personal cards like they do business cards.

I don't want to see any body else get burned like I have been. And by the way, Tami Calhoun actually signed my return receipt from the Post Office???
