Brakes Making Noise After Tune Up

Hi all,

I just got my LS400 tuned up be a mechanic. Changed spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter and fuel filter. Just now when I pulled up in my driveway I noticed a 'Spring Pulling Noise' from front (under the hood). Hitting the brakes when parking makes that noise every time. Why would that happen all of the sudden when brakes were not worked on. Any idea?

I dont know, I am second owner. I had never replaced them. What *BLEEP*es me off is that car went in for tune up fine, comes out squeecking. They must have done something stupid.
