Bluetooth Pairing Problem

Hi Everyone

I recently purchase a pre-own certify 06 RX400h from dealer, I'm having issues with pairing my LG Vu with the integrated on board Bluetooth device. My phone can pick it up but the car can't see my phone. My phone's bluetooth visibility is turn on. Are there any special way to pair the 2 ?

Enter your year, model, nav/no-nav and select "Use/Pair an Existing Phone"

also is there an old phone in there that is causing a conflict, were all the old phones from previous owners deleted before you synced the vu?

No, I deleted all the old phones there. So as of now no phones are paired
