Clunk When Accelerating

Hi guys and gals. I did a search on this and came up with nothing useful. Maybe you guys can steer me in the right direction... I've noticed that when i step on the gas for example going from 0 to 30 or more percent, I hear a small cluck. It does it the worst when i'm doing about 50 to 55 mph. I have an auto and i thought it was normal but have just been questioning it because no other car i've had does it this badly. Any thoughts on what i should check?

Could be a loose joint in the drive shaft. Or something in the suspenson when the weight shifts.

I'm going to have my mechanic check the drive shaft...it always sounds before the weight transfer...
