I had the radio head unit of my 00 LS repaired last spring by http://www.carstereohelp.com/ in Florida. I think the guy who owns/runs the place is "Bob" so you shouldn't have trouble remembering his name. Service was quick and Bob gave me call when the repair was completed. The price was good too.

The Lexus repair shop I use here in Kansas also uses them to repair radios in customer's cars.
