bartkat Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 Yes, it's always on 5 when you put the shifter to M. It goes down to 2, but from a standing start the car starts in 1 and auto shifts to 2. Then you can eshift to the next gears up or down, depending on your speed. The number in the window is the highest gear that the trans will go into until you eshift it to a higher gear.

I'm trying to pull this stuff from memory, somebody please correct me if I'm wrong about something or leave something out... 1) there's now a lid on the cubby thing above the radio/HVAC controls 2) some new brightwork in the interior 3) slightly different wheels (i know the 16-inchers changed, think the 17s are a tad different too) 4) "smoked" headlight/taillight surrounds 5) 2-driver memory doohicky
