ryan400 Posted October 18, 2008 Share Posted October 18, 2008 i am having a very serious power steering problem it leaks and when i go to add more the power sttering fluid comes spraying out when the car is on and shortly after i have turned it off.... i believe it is the high pressure hose because that is where the leak is coming from.... if any one has heard of an issue to where the power steering fluid bubbleds out when i open up the cap but it is not that hot... I just had that problem. I had to replace my high pressure hose. The hose is only about a foot long, and luckily I had a parts car with a perfect one. I've heard they are very expensive. It seem like you have A LOT of air in the system, and you need to get it out. I think you can google: lexls.com LS400 power steering, and there is a great step by step process of how to get the air out of the system.
