Best Bang For The Buck, Exhaust

I'm thinking about doing headers back, high flow cat, 3" pipe running to a Flowmaster or going with headers, high flow cat and a Blitz or JIC exhaust. Whats going to get me the most hp? Sound isnt an issue.

There shouldn't be that much of a difference between FLowmaster or JICs/Blitz. They're there for good sound and back-pressure. You could eliminate the Cat all together. that would maximize your bHP.
