Newbie With Interior Question

I am stationed in Japan and have a right hand drive IS300. Unfortunately, the dash is all scratched up. Is there anywhere I can get the dash pieces or even better, a dash mat to over the scratches? Also looking for the trim that goes from the dash and down both sides of the AC and radio.

Looking to where I can order this stuff.
