I would start by looking at the emergency brakes, especially in states where they salt the roads in winter, you could have rust on the emerg. brake cables. Try driving without using the E brakes for awhile, if it goes away you could pull the drums and check E brake operation. How does the underside of the car look otherwise? Is there much rust? It drags sometimes? Hey u should bring it to Jackson drag stip and we'll race :P No seriosly maybe the E brake is corroded or something.
