1992 Lexus Ls 400 Heater Does't Work/service Manual

I had $900+ work on the Air conditioner at a Toyota Dealer last summmer.

In the winter the heater would not work, so I did not drive it.

Any idea what to check first? Simple Checks.

The radiator is sealed with a plug--no cap. Perhaps it is not completley filled up?

Also, no luck in obtaining a service manual on line, even on E-Bay

I would look at the hot watet valve on the firewall and make sure the cable is still attached. Then make sure it opens and closes when you turn heat on and off.

If that is not it it is more than likely low on water
