  1. You will have to replace several fuses. I think that there will be 2 outside and i think 3 in side
  2. I would look at the hot watet valve on the firewall and make sure the cable is still attached. Then make sure it opens and closes when you turn heat on and off. If that is not it it is more than likely low on water
  3. I did say that I don't advise to do the screwdriver trick. The only way to fix it right it to get a new reservoir. I tried last week again to clean another screen I had no luck had to install a new reservoir.
  4. I am just trying to help you fix your P/S. I know this will work I have spent about a week trying to fix this on a 400 last year. The screen on the bottom of the reservoir is what is wrong with your car. I am looking at one that I replaced last week. Other than replacing the reservoir the only way is to do the screwdriver trick..
  5. The screen in the bottom of the reservoir is full of junk not letting enough of the fluid get back to your pump. I have tried to clean the screen but I have had no good results. The only way to fix it is to replace the reservoir... One other way to fix it is to stick a screwdriver in to the reservoir and push it to the bottom and twist it around......IT will fix the no power steering at low speeds but it will let all that junk get in to the rest of the system..I don't recommend doing this!!!!
  6. I have seen this happen when the water level gets low or there hsa been some work done to the cooling system. There is a air pocket in the cooling system. That is kind of hard to get out. You will need to take 1 of the heater core hoses off and back fill it with coolant. Make sure that the car has cooled off first Shane
  7. When you try to lock it with the key out it does not make any noise whth the key in it cycles lock back to unlock
  8. I have a 98 ES that i am working on that when you hit the door lock button to lock the door it will not lock any of the doors. The switch will unlock the doors but will not lock them. I have pulled the switch out and tested it. The switch is working right. When you have the key in the ignition and you hit the lock button the door lock cycles just like it is supost to do. If anyone has any HELPFULL ideas please let me know. Shane small shop owner
