StillWill Posted August 31, 2008 Share Posted August 31, 2008 02 Lexus GS430, My nav system will not display. I get error message NO DVD. Insert Map DVD. The DVD is in the drive. Has anyone had this problem? I am wondering if my drive is gone bad and not reading the disk. It doesn't eject the disk very smoothly. Nor does it accept the disk very well. There seems to be some vibration and grinding sound coming from the drive. Any suggestions? I left out one detail, I mistakenly inserted a non system disk, the system may have tried to update and in the process dumped the memory. Is this a possible theory? HELP SOMEBODY!!!! Does anyone have the original disc for a 2002 GS403 Nav. system? I'm not sure which version came with the car. Can anyone help me out?
