Installed New Clutch, Now It Won"t Disengage?

Ok, i have a 92' SC300.... this weekend i installed a ACT Stage2 clutch, now when i start it up and push in the clutch....it won't disengage.

Here is a little history on the clutch, it would slip real bad before and sometimes wouldn't shift/ go into gear.... i figured it was the clutch, which upon removal i found the stock pressure plate was FUBAR. I have bleed the clutch many times after the install, i also replaced the slave cylinder. I am thinking the master cylinder is the culprit. The pivot arm moves, but only about an inch...if that.

Any advice would be great.... TIA!

Try replacing the master and bleeding the system. Did the new clutch work at all after the install? Any vibrations at idle?
