Marbating Posted July 27, 2008 Share Posted July 27, 2008 Hi everybody, Recently I've bought LS400 model 2000 from Dubai. It was ifrmported from the U.S. It Is a nice car - not even a scratch- :) . However yesterday I went on a take off race with one of my friends just to see the performance of the car. To my surprise I noticed that once I pushed Full throttle the car wont move or shedder for about a second or two - ofcourse by that time my friend has taken off with his car. I lost but this is not the issue , I was surprised for the lag that happened that I couldnet understand .After those two second or so the car will run perfectly smoothly.I told one of the mechanics nearby he said that it could be a problem with the catalyst efficiency B1 & B2. The car had 200,000 miles on it, no codes on the screen or errors. all plugs had been replaced nothing really to seem odd on the car.
