Hi everybody, Recently I've bought LS400 model 2000 from Dubai. It was ifrmported from the U.S. It Is a nice car - not even a scratch- :) . However yesterday I went on a take off race with one of my friends just to see the performance of the car. To my surprise I noticed that once I pushed Full throttle the car wont move or shedder for about a second or two - ofcourse by that time my friend has taken off with his car. I lost but this is not the issue , I was surprised for the lag that happened that I couldnet understand .After those two second or so the car will run perfectly smoothly.I told one of the mechanics nearby he said that it could be a problem with the catalyst efficiency B1 & B2.
The car had 200,000 miles on it, no codes on the screen or errors. all plugs had been replaced nothing really to seem odd on the car. Can anybody help me thanks alot in advance and thanks for this nice forum its a cool site really. :D
