Hello all,

Both got great reviews.

I know that Exalto is far better to handle road.

However,

Which one provides better ride comfort?

Which one less noisier?

MPG wise?

which one would you recommend for mostly summer and may be one month not heavy rain - I'm in SF BA, CA. No need for snow traction.

thanks.

minimal rain and no snow = Primacy

rain and light to moderate snow = Exaltos

I think you'll probably be happy with either one. I'm going to put a set of the Primacy's on next week but I considered the Exaltos. If the best ride and least noise are your primary goals, the Primacy is the tire over the Exalto. I had the old MXV4 Plus on the car a few years ago and I have those tires on the Prius now and rain and snow traction is fine, not great, but fine. The Primacy's are supposed to be better...

The Primacy is a little more expensive than the Exaltos, but the treadwear is better.
