If you have a limited budget or you are in a pinch, check out http://www.rubberduckycarwash.com/express.htm The site looks kind of silly but it's the only place I know where they only wash by hand. They only use the microfiber towels and they don't have brushes of any kind. They have a location in Richardson and West Dallas. I take my car and the wife's Volvo all the time.
