Which Lockpick To Buy? Basic Or Blue? Install Steps?

I'm looking to buy one of the Lockpick devices from Coastaletech to disable the I agree button and get nav functionality while driving without having to do the annoying hidden menu presses.

I'm trying to decide between buying the Lockpick Basic or the Lockpick Blue (the blue enables the phone too). I know that the basic unit just plugs in under the jack tray in the back. Does anyone know if the Lockpick Blue also plugs into this same location, or if the dash needs to be taken apart to plug it into the back of the nav screen itself?

I'm not up for taking apart the dash, so if that's required, I'll just stick with the Basic. I've e-mailed Coastaletech several times with no response (just like others on this board). I'm hoping that someone here has experience with one or both of these units that can tell me.
