rishithen7 Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 i want to be able to view pictures on the nav screen. how can i do this....maybe through ipod integration?
tex2670 Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 I never heard of this being done. I suppose it may be possible if you got one of those full iPod integration kits.
Gaugster Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 There are some Nav override kits for the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM). They are hard to find but some will allow for video sources to be fed to the LCD screen. Then perhaps you could intergrate a video source etc... www.datasystems.co.jp is a good place to start but obviously its a Japanese site. I have the kit from the first link below and so far have no complaints. It's plug and play instead of hacking into wires and such. It only unlocks the DVD/Phone features when the vehcile is in motion but that is all that I wanted. https://secure02.blue.shared-server.net/www...r/app_tvnv.html http://www.field-net.co.jp/osirase/lmt-01n.html Good luck,

Gaugster Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Translate no, but I work for a Japanese company so I can get hooked up by emailing my counterparts over there. It is a privilege that I try not to abuse. Also google has a translator but it is only a 'beta' version for Japanese to English. It not really useful but it can help somtimes.
