Doc H
Anyone use a product called Renaissance Wax? It's used in a number of museums as a preservative finish, particularly for wood. Supposedly has no acidic properties and produces a long-lasting finish; might be good for interior wood?... Doc H.
SW03ES
Never heard of it. Worth a shot on the wood, I wouldn't use it on the paint.
Doc H
Found some info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renaissance_Wax I tried it and it works great on everything I've used it on; would be pretty pricey for a car exterior though, and I expect there are probably more modern formulations for auto paint. SW03ES
For instance I use Pledge on the wood. If it works on wood...it works on wood.
