Strange Switch Under My Wheel

Hi everybody,

I'm new here.

I own Lexus IS200 Prestige 2000'

I found a switch under my wheel it is over my right knee below the ignition switch. (1. on the picture)

And another switch (2. on the picture) deep in the shelf of the center desk and when i switch it then navi panel switches into the strange UFO system. (i think it switches systems from NTSC to other but i'm not sure) ;)

Anybody knows what is it for?

I hope that my questions isnt stupid.

OK I FOUND OUT

1. button is to activate and deactivate central locks so car will close automatically or wont lock

2. button is probably to watch DVD while driving but this one i'm not sure
