Welcome tom, pretty much the timing belt is the big thing, everything else is oil change, brake fluid change, etc.

That being said the timing belt change can cost $1200 at the Stealership, but at the toyota dealerships can cost around $450 for the same service. While in there the water pump should be checked, since it is driven by the timing belt, also the timing belt idlers. I personally had the water pump changed just because the labor savings if it were to fail. Cost me $500 at the Toyota dealership. Next time I will do it all myself. Total cost would be about $150 for all parts. Dont bother getting the valves adjusted, that is a waste of money. mine has 147 K miles and the engine is as quiet and smooth as new.
