Dirt Accumulation On Rear Of Lexus

I find that right after I wash my lexus and drive down the road, the back hatch and window get dirty.

I have mudflaps, but due to the condition of the roads in my area (Salt and cinder residue) the back is dirty in no time.

Anyone with any answers or ideas??
